I made some blueberry muffins the other day with some leftover blueberries. Of course Shelby decided she needed to help too. She came in and started rearranging all of the ingredients. I asked her to not touch anything and she told me, "Sorry, goop...I didn't mean to hurt your feelings goop!" Goop...????? I couldn't help but laugh.
I put the baby to bed tonight and while he normally screams he didn't make a peep. I just assumed he was super tired and went right to sleep. Well after 45 minutes had passed and Shelby was already in bed I hear the baby making noises out of his crib. I thought maybe he was dreaming and so I went to check on him. I found a wide awake, smiley, happy baby boy that stood right up and said, "Mama!" It is pretty much the cutest thing listening to him talk so I stood there and talked with him for a minute. He kept giving me kisses. When I asked if he wanted out he said, "Get out" or "Get owt" as he says it. I took him into the living room and turned on Noggin for him and we cuddled and watched "Wow Wow Wuddy(Wubbzy)" together for awhile. He was just so cute and happy. I would pretend like I was asleep and he would come and lay next to me with a huge smile. It was so fun to play with the the little boy who is normally a monster toddler! He kept giving me kisses on the cheek. I think maybe someone was trying to sugar me up a bit! I asked him to smile for this picture and he said, "Cheese!"

I am so sad that I wasnt able to come see you on Saturday. I am sorry I didnt call. Samuel was terrible in the car so we didnt make any stops. He actually vomited in the car because he was so upset! And now he tries to throw up whenever we are in the car by sticking his whole hand down his throat. Not cute...
