...to sleep like a baby again! Oh, the joys! I love sleeping babies. I love to watch them sleep too. They can sleep anywhere and in anything. It's too cute! I also think it's funny how kids have different ways of soothing themselves to calm them down. For example, when Shelby is really tired she always says, "I want your cold arm." She is obsessed with my arm! Then Blaine ALWAYS has to play with his hair(sometimes mine if I'm around). This soothes him to sleep so often times I find him looking like a monkey scratching his head. It's hilarious. I also know when I was young I always had to have my mom's neck. Does anyone else notice these strange things?...or is my family just plain weird?

Those pictures are SO funny! I had a good laugh over the one with Blaine asleep with Shelby's dress shoes on. That is hilarious. My little brother used to be like that..he'd fall asleep coloring or playing, and once he went to see if the neighbor kids could play - they didn't answer the door, so he curled up on the doorstep and fell asleep! That was a huge run-on sentence. Anyway about kids soothing...Tatum always has to fall asleep rubbing her little Pooh Bear's tag. She used to "test" how good a stuffed animal was by the feel of the tag. Funny stuff...that was a good post!
those pictures are too sweet! i would agree, i want to sleep like a baby again! what i wouldn't give...oh well, i think i have to wait about 18 more years for that!
kyan wants his bear and blanket to sleep and lola has to have her piggy by her face! they do this probably because i forced this on them from day one! oh well, it helps them fall asleep! i have to have a sleep machine going or it is a long night of no sleeping!
I love the one wear he has on Shelby's shoes on...funny! Lucas has a blanket he has to have. It has fringe on it and he puts the fringe in his ear as he is falling asleep. That's it for our family.
Um, your family is just weird! j/k. Get ready for this it's a long story. Talking about kids soothing themselves to sleep, one time we were over at Joy's and Isabel was lifting her 'blankey' and dropping it on her face over and over again. Kamon asked Joy what she was doing and Joy said that when since she was a baby that's how she falls asleep because that's what Mama Ramirez would do when she was a newborn to get her to go to sleep. Cute huh? Then with Hayden he's obsessed with tags on stuffed animals and puts it in his ear to fall asleep. Can't wait to see what my kids do! Cute pictures by the way!
