Introducing Jason
I really wish I had a picture of Jason. In fact, I really wish I knew exactly who Jason was. Jason is Shelby's imaginary boyfriend. She met Jason about a month ago and out of the blue started asking Blaine and I if she could go to Jason's house. She would not stop talking about Jason and we were so confused. It was hysterical! She doesn't know anyone named Jason. We had gone to Peter Piper that day and there was a little boy there about Shelby's age. So the only logical thing we can think of is that she met Jason at Peter Piper and either made up a name for him or overheard his parents calling him Jason. They've practically been inseparable for the past month and have been talking on the "phone" and making plans to hang out.

That is so funny! Tatum does the same thing! She has an imaginary friend named Jim. I'm sure she's never met a Jim before. She's always making plans with him, and he likes to take credit for things that I do for Tatum. Like after I paint her nails, she says that Jim painted them. That must be a 3 year old little girl thing to do! Andrew and I had a good laugh over your post and how similar it is to Tatum.
My imaginary friend was Davy. He lived in a trailor on my parents land. It might have been tied to me watching Davy Crockett... odd how I married someone named David though!
Too funny! I guess it is normal for 3 year olds to have imaginary friends then. Kids say and do the funniest things!
You forgot to mention her description of him...brown and muscley. She is so funny...I just love her!!
